As of today even the light hearted radio talk show hosts became serious enough about health. I was glad to hear of certain famous personalities speaking on inflammation as it relates to disease. In this case a current celebrity who suffers from Multiple Sclerosis, was heard mentioning this phenomenon.
The cycle of inflammation as proposed by Advanced Medical Informatic Education as early as 1983, gave a proposal for a Model of Inflammation which interacted with all the other physiologic processes . This was especially true of mitochondrial processes such as the Respiratory Chain and the TCA Cycle and the Urea Cycle. We are currently continuing to provide Index Medicus as well as newer proofs as to Cytokine involvement in homeostatic as well as pathophysiologic processes predominantly Inflammatory which involve the aforementioned.
